Nurses make expensive decisions from what they read online. These are the editorial standards behind every Focused Nursing Prep Classes guide, so you can judge how far to trust them.
Updated
Primary sources only
Every fee, rule and date in our guides comes from the body that sets it: the College of Nurses of Ontario, NNAS, NCSBN, the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta or BCCNM. We link those sources at the end of each guide and show the date we last checked them.
No unverifiable claims
We do not publish a pass rate unless we can say how many students it covers, over what period and how results were counted. We do not promise a result: whether you pass depends on your own preparation.
Clinical review
Guides and practice questions are written by the Focused Nursing Prep Classes team and reviewed for clinical and practical accuracy by Mandeep Dhaliwal, RN. Each page shows whether that review is complete.
Kept up to date
Regulators change their rules often. When a source changes, we update the guide and its date. Ontario's 2025 and 2026 changes to credential checks, recent practice and Transition to Practice are already reflected.
